Please post your Day 1 reflections. Let me know what you learned today that will be useful in the classroom as well as provide feedback on what needs to be different (pace of information, more details, less details, etc.) for Tuesday.

I have learned some much in a very short amount of time! I'm not so scared now. Please, please, please be available when I lose my way and ask questions! I really want to try this blog thing!

Loved it! I already have turned an ordinary unit into something with real meat for the students to chew on. I can't wait to work on it more.
I loved learning about the blogs!! I will be incorporating that in the classroom. It was also nice being refreshed on Microsoft Publisher. I know the students will appreciate being able to view a "student" sample before completing the activty themselves. I thought the pace was great, not to fast and not to slow. I was able to keep up and had sufficient time to complete all the parts due today. It is nice creating something I can actually take into the classroom right away.
I have gotten some wonderful information to use when I get back into the classroom fulltime. I am also finding ways to differentiate these activities for my sped students. I like being hands on and not just sitting for a lecture. We are going at just the right pace for me. Pam
I have enjoyed having time to play around with what we have learned. This is very helpful verses moving quickly and having to go back and try to remember all of the materials covered. The online resources are wonderful! -Corina
I am very excited about the online resources! I enjoyed getting a quick overview of the sites and Intel CD. By allowing us the opportunity to work on these sites it has given me a great deal of information. This will be very helpful in the future!!!

I love having the workbook. Helps to explain concepts. I am excited about the unit planning! Something I wanted to do a better job on this year. I just don't work very quickly. Need to have some things explained over to me.
I am unsure about the level of completeness I am achieving for each task. I seem to only have time to get started before we move on to the the next piece. (I could use more time.) I am not always sure of the specific task before each work time which may be contributing to slowness. I am learning great things that I know I will use.
