Welcome to Blogs and Wiki's in the Classroom!

Take a minute to listen to my Voki - my avatar that I've created to help welcome you to this workshop. You will begin learning about 2 tools that are a part of the Web 2.0 movement. Web 2.0 sites are designed to be highly interactive for participants. They promote the sharing of ideas and communications.

Through this workshop you will learn about resources for creating free Blogs and Wikis for your own classroom. Please take a minute to blog (if you have never blogged before.) What have your experiences with blogs and or wiki's been prior to this workshop? What do you hope to learn?

Movie Maker Tutorials

There are tons of sites available on the web to support the use of Movie Maker. If you are a visual "show me" type of learner, check out Atomic Learning at http://movies.atomiclearning.com/k12/moviemaker2 to learn specific elements of working with this software.

If you want a more step-by-step approach, these sites might be better for you:
